What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: email address, company, country, provider, amount, currency and any notes. Our server also records your IP address and the time of the request to help prevent abuse.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or valuation, and carry out any transaction you ask us to arrange. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Our team, and where a transaction proceeds, the counterparty and escrow agent to the extent needed to complete it. Counterparty identities are shared only with consent or under a non-disclosure agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are deleted within 24 months. Records of completed transactions are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by replying to any email from us or using the enquiry form on the home page. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR or India's DPDP Act may give you further rights.

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log standard request data.
